We do not accept International credit cards. Your order will
not be processed if the credit card billing address is not
in USA. In case of international orders we do not accept
credit cards.

Credit card payment:
Your order will only be processed if your credit statement
billing address is same as your shipping address. We have
perceived these precautions for the safety of our customers
and us. Due to recent fraudulent credit card charges we only
ship to the correct billing address for credit card
payments.
U.S postal Money order payment:
Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the
U.S Postal money order. We will ship to any
shipping address if the payment is made by U.S Postal money
order.
Shipping and Delivery time
The only shipping option selectable while ordering via our
online shopping cart is UPS ground. For other shipping
methods or options please e-mail us. Please allow total
delivery time of 3-10 business days for UPS Ground. We will
provide you with a tracking number to track your package.
Guaranteed Lowest Price
We guarantee our price to be the lowest. If you happen to
find a lower price from one of our competitor, inform us and
we will match or beat their price.Price will not be matched
or beat after the order has been sent through.
Manufacturer's
Warranty
In the event that a product needs to be returned to a
manufacturer for service or warranty work, the customer is
responsible for all shipping arrangements. Please refer to
manufacturer policies regarding the procedure and cost of
shipping returns; please contact them for details.

warranties.

foroverseas.com does not guarantee descriptions to be
completely accurate and denies all liability. Typos can
happen and we apologize if there is a misrepresentation. All
prices, descriptions, and pictures can change without
further notice . Color of the Product may not be as shown on
our website. If you need a specific color you have to call
us before making an order.
Return Policy and
Terms
1) Cellular phones with more than 15 min talk time cannot
be exchanged. No exception.
2 ) Except for TVs and Cell phones we will exchange or
refund for defective items within the first 7 days.
3 ) Cell phones are only exchangeable for same within 7
days, no refunds. The manufacturer may provide support after
7 days. Please check with the manufacturer if warranty
service is available. Since some Products are not made in
U.S manufacturer won't respect the warranty. Foroverseas Inc
is not liable for any warranties.
4 ) Multi-System TVs have a 90 day warranty.
5 ) Any refused shipment will be charged total freight cost
and subject to 20% restocking fee. We are not manufacturer
of any equipment and we make no express or implied
warranties. Exchange on defective merchandise within 7 days
from reciept will be made only if merchandise is in
same new condition as sold .
6 )Shipping fees are not refundable and are not covered
under warranty.
7 ) Non-defective items that are returned are subject to a
minimum 20% restocking fee. You may upgrade or downgrade an
item within 30 days of purchase as long as the originally
purchased product(s) are in new, resalable condition with
all original packaging that have no markings on its box.
8 ) Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or
refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
9 ) Deliveries are to curb side for large packages and
smaller packages to your door. UPS, FEDEX and other shippers
we use do not deliver inside homes.
10 ) Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made.
11) Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we
cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.
12 ) Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes,
customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside
the USA.
13 ) We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for
damage caused to personal property or items used in
conjunction with the products we sell.
14 ) Damage/Loss for items must be reported to the delivery
company and to us within 1 week of receiving the ordered item(s).
15 ) Please remember that we are here to help our customers.
We will do our best to meet your needs. We guarantee that we
will do our best to service your item at low cost or even no
cost to you even after the warranty period is over.
20% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an
exchange. Restocking fee will not be charged for any voltage
converters with fuse protection that are being exchanged.
Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged
merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be
accounted as defective.
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
from foroverseas@gmail.com before returning any merchandise.
Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a
RMA number.
All returns must be in original non-damaged condition,
including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals
and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing
items will be subject to a replacement charge.
Returns must be
received within 1 days of the RMA's issuance.
* Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery
on all returns. Please be sure that return shipments are
properly packed and fully insured. Foroverseas.com is
not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.
* Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the
manufacturer. For warranty questions, inquiries, or repairs,
please contact the manufacturer.
* All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only
within the 7days of receipt.
* 20% restocking fee will also be charged for any order that
is refused on delivery
